I bought this strictly to be a karaoke machine with friends. I expected the sound to be subpar, and only good for fun. My jaw literally dropped though the first time I played a song to test out the Bluetooth connection. I have some very high end speakers and studio monitors that I use as an editor, and this thing blew 99% of modern speakers I’ve heard, owned and used out of the water! The bass is so rich and deep and you can feel the vibrations! The highs are good too, though the mids get a bit muddled in certain types of songs. This isn’t anything most would notice, and the mids are still better than a different $400 speaker I have. The only speakers that have better mids are my studio monitors and all of my highest end over the ear headphones. It’s worth it for the bass though, and even audiophiles will be impressed!So far, the 2 mics work great straight out of the box. They make my mediocre voice sound decent, and I’m not embarrassed to belt out high notes like usual!I’ve connected it to my tv through Bluetooth to try too. The delay is quite significant, so definitely recommend the optical connection instead of Bluetooth for this reason. But it’s fine for YouTube karaoke to just use Bluetooth because the delay makes it easier to follow along with the words actually.I do hate the power button and auto power off. It seems to power off way too quickly and there’s no options to change it. Tge mics can’t turn the power on and off on the machine, so you have to manually hold the power button down for 5 secs on the top of the speaker which is annoying if you’re already situated on the couch ready to binge Netflix. But this is obviously a very minor inconvenience that only tech spoiled humans in 2022 could ever complain about.Also, The mics auto power off every 20-30 min too, even if you’re constantly pushing buttons. I have to turn the mics on 6-7 times just to get through Hamilton haha. So it’s kind of annoying and a buzz kill with friends singing ridiculously to Hamilton and then all of a sudden their mic cuts out in the best moments…Still, for the price, you are getting an amazing home karaoke system that doubles as an amazing Bluetooth speaker! 100% worth every penny!

I love the Bluetooth speaker, but my Microphones both disconnect every couple minutes while using. Sometimes it's only 30 seconds and they cut out. Sound quality is fantastic, but plagued by poor connection is not a great set up. I have used it for about 9 months and the problem has been getting more noticable.

We were pleasantly surprised with the sound of this karaoke machine. It sounds great, and has impressed relatives that have used our machine. Overall, it is a pretty solid karaoke machine.However, about six months after purchasing the machine, one of our microphones stopped working. I contacted their Customer Service Support, Gina Ma, and have since been blown away by her outstanding customer service. When I reported that our microphone stopped working, she replied almost instantaneously and asked that I provide a video of the issue, so that they may assess whether they could assist in fixing it or send a replacement altogether. In just a short period of time, she reached out to me with the tracking number of our new microphone. Coincidentally, when we received the replacement microphone, our other microphone stopped working as well. Again, I reached out to Gina Ma with a video of the new issue. She responded right away, and after assessing the video, informed me that they will be sending another replacement microphone. I have been very impressed with Gina Ma’s customer service and I am happy to have this machine.

The karaoke machine is very easy to use. We had issues with one of the mics that stopped charging. The company was very responsive and sent us a replacement right away. Very pleased that they honored their 12 month warranty!

This by far is one of the best karaoke machine I've ever bought.The sound system is amazing
