Hey, does it have holes in the bottom as well? I want to screw timbers on

The garage hook is as shown in the photo, there is no hole at the bottom of the hook,

If i was to put these onto a garage wooden beam would i need to plug it 1st or just screw in

If you install in garage wooden beam, just tighten the hook with screws, no need to use an expansion tube.

Would a couple of these take a bike?

Sure ive got 15kg weight projection screen on my wall held up by two of these. It takes upto 20kg should be ok dont think abike weighs 20kg if you think bike weighs more use 3 hooks that will hold it easy. Hope I helped.
