I bought several of these to give as stocking stuffers. Most were fine, but one was missing its fasteners. I would like to return it and get one that works, but it seems there is no option to return. Any suggestions?

I took this item on a cruise with me recently. While everyone else left their phones on the shore, mine was in the ocean right with me. I was able to take pictures, text, check facebook. I had so many people inquire about the case. The case is light weight, the color was a beautiful tealish green, and the pictures taken through the case cam out perfect! I plan on buying more to keep my husband's phone safe at the waterpark!

My fiancee and I got this in the green color, but it’s really more like a teal. Anyways we chose the bright color so we could see it if we ever lose it in the water.
