Yes this is the Hario Switch coffee dripper.

The filters that come with the switch are much bigger than the 03 filter replacements.. where do i find the filters that came with the switch?

The filters I use are the Hario-branded "02" size. When fully seated, they stick up above the rim of the glass funnel by about a half inch (~1 cm). Hope this helps.

How much coffe does it make?

Depends on your recipe. The maximum water it can hold at the top is around 250ml but you can open the switch for the water to flow down. I regularly make 350ml cups without problem
