In our research and validation studies, the Verity Sense is nearly identical to the H10 in terms of HR data. If you are looking for the best in class data with advance HRV/Recovery metrics, then I would still opt for the H10

Is this compatible with Orange Theory workouts?

Hi Elizabeth, the Polar Verity Sense produces two frequencies Bluetooth and ANT+. If you machine, app or device accepts either of these two frequencies the Polar Verity Sense will work however we recommend reaching out to Orange Theory directly and ask them if their devices and software are compatible with 3rd party devices.

Is this compatible with Suunto ?

I believe it is, as it supports Bluetooth as well as ANT+.
