Fresh, or was last time I checked with Herb Pharm. I have used it for the past year, and can speak to its efficacy.

Yes, it does. 0.5% of organic alcohol.

Does this product include any ingredients other than alcohol and motherwort? (One of the comments indicates that the forumula has been changed.)
