Are these pads the same size and shape as the ones that are sold with the Ludos earbuds?

I believe they are. However, I did not like these at all. Tried every size and they just would not stay in my ear. I like the Apple style earbuds that are basically plastic with no soft foam. They definitely stay put. These foam ones just did not seem to work for me. Maybe they will for you. Good luck.

Will they fit AirPods pro?

Not natively. However, there are some videos showing how to insert these "inside" of the AirPod Pro tips. It involves using a paperclip to get these memory foam ear tips to fit inside of the AirPod Pro ear tips. I did it, it's better than before (without the foam tips), but still not ideal...

Do these fit Powerbeats pro?

4.9mm Size and Compatibility, The LUDOS Comfy have an internal diameter of 4.9mm. They are compatible with all LUDOS headphones models. If you do not have LUDOS earphones, be sure to measure the diameter of your earphones before purchasing them.

Why don't they sell medium or large size tips?

Maybe they stopped selling them. But when I bought mine, it did contain: small, medium and large, in the same package.
