Pros: -doesnt take up much space -deep heel cup and very stable in the shoe - doesn't move around in the shoe. -exellent durability -arch support has enough give so it doesn't hurt -good odor control Cons: -not much cushion -a bit pricey

I was worried these insoles might be bulky in my 10 year old daughter's shoes. They are super thin, hardly noticeable and hopefully are doing their job with her flat foot problem. At least her arches are supported and her feet are not turning inside as they used to. She wore them straight through the day since we received them. She didn't need a "breaking in" period, which was great. No pain whatsoever ! I do recommend that you get just half a size larger shoes if you are to buy a new pair, but these will fit into any of your shoes as long as they are comfy and not too tight in the first place. Just make sure you order the right size of insoles. Great product !
