Worked perfectly for my project.

Good value
For the money, the meter and it's shunt are of quite good quality and seem accurate when compared / checked with amp readings taken with good quality test ampere meter. I bought two to monitor twin marine engine alternators. All good.

Ridiculous that there is no reasonable way to mount the shunt provided.
There is no reasonable way to mount the shunt provided. It should be on an insulated mounting block provided with mounting screw holes, but it isn’t. Somebody saved $.25 in manufacture, and I will have to spend an hour jury-rigging a safe mount.

Nice looking , inexpensive. No external power needed as with digital meters.
Very nice meter for the price . I think they should have included 2 24" inch wires needed to connect the shunt to the meter. No way for them to know the length needed for your application, but I could have tested the meters, I bought two, for accuracy.
