I am a Realtor and I use this type of lock box all the time. I usually purchase a different brand which is more expensive. This arrived and I am very pleased with it. It's sturdy and the combo is easy to read. Works great! No need to buy the more expensive brand.

It worked perfectly and allowed a key to be on the outside of the home. Removed the shackle and just tapcon screwed it to the brick on the house making it a nice and tidy install. Works perfectly, allowing us to customize the numbers to open the lock was simple and quick.

I bought this to use for my dog walkers. To that end, it works great. I did not want to give keys to everyone or have everyone know my garage code. In the mornings, when I have someone coming to let the dog out, I just pop it on my front door handle and take it off that evening. The lever inside that you use to add or remove the body from the handle is a little difficult to use. It's small and hard to move, but it's doable. The numbers that rotate to set your code are stiff, but maybe they will loosen up with use. Overall, it does the job.

Super easy to follow the instructions and install. Seems sturdy and just as good as those that are twice the price. I would recommend.
