A perfect replacement for my laptop. No problems at all with installation. All connections and mounting fixtures were a perfect match.

So far, so good. My laptop lasts longer than before. Very easy to install. It took me less than 5 minutes. It provides all the needed tools to accomplish the task. As of now, I recommend it.

This internal battery for a laptop was in excellent condition upon its arrival. Its performance still has yet to be tested long term as this is a recent purchase. Thanks to the item page describing my exact computer name, selecting this battery was easy.

The battery was very easy to install and came with a few different screwdrivers. Followed instructions for calibration although battery life was not completely what was expected . I contacted the seller and explained the situation and was immediately offered a refund. Turn around time was less than 24 hrs for response and although the product was not what I expected the customer service was exceptional . If you are not happy they will do everything to make you happy !

I am a female in my 90's and over-estimated my abilities so could not install it. I had to count on the Geek Squad to do the job, but is now installed, fits well and works perfectly. It takes some extra time to program it according to the enclosed directions. However it seems worth the effort and the battery is delivering power as scheduled, certainly an improvement over what I had before.

Battery was perfectly packed and came with little screwdrivers. HP Pavilion was a beeeeeeotch to open but use YT and you'll get there. First start up, we got the black BIOS screen others mentioned, but no errors. We're doing the conditioning process now, but everything seems to be working fine. Will update the review if anything goes wrong, but very pleased so far! I love the 12 month warranty, just in case.

I bought this for my wife's HP Pavilion 15 laptop since her battery would only last a couple of hours on a full charge. I watched a youtube video which helped and replaced the HP battery with this one with no problems. It fit perfectly. I closed up the laptop and plugged it in to charge for a few hours but the laptop display always showed zero power available. It never indicated charging. When I took it off power after 24 hours it immediately turned off. I opened the laptop and replaced the new battery with the old one, closed it and found that it showed 85% available, it was plugged in and charging. I then took it off power and it stayed on running on battery power. My conclusion was a defective battery. I requested a return authorization from Amazon, got it and shipped back the battery for a credit. I have ordered a different brand of the same battery which I'm hoping will work out. The supplier DMKAOLLK INC reached out to me to apologize for the problem I had and offered a full refund. Amazon has already authorized the return and issued a full refund so I must decline the offer. But thank you.

J'ai acheté cette batterie et j'ai mis plus de 2 mois avant de l'installer, ce qui fait que j'ai vu le problème tardivement. La batterie ne charge tout simplement pas. L'ordinateur la considère comme pleine d'après la analyse du réparateur. Je ne peux même pas l'utiliser branché avec le secteur (mon ordinateur HP ne peut fonctionner sans une batterie pour démarrer même s'il est branché au secteur) car elle diminue au fil du temps. Ce produit est défectueux et j'aimerai être remboursé et la renvoyé. Comment dois je faire ?

De momento el rendimiento de la batería es excelente para el portátil. Fácil de instalar y todo como describen en el producto. Espero que la duración de la vida útil de la batería esté al mismo nivel.

Bought this to replace a battery in my 2017 HP Pavilion. Was very easy to install and is working great. I will update if anything changes.
