Praana, Praanee, Praanayam

I love all of this book and the teachings. It's one of my favorites.

I don't know even where to start! If you are practicing any kind of yoga or are seeking elightment, this is it! I've read tons of books on pranayam and they are all putting some kind of veil of mystery around it. But in this book everything is explained so simply that even the very beginner will get it from the start. It's straight to the point and pranayam is explained scientifically and simply. I am trying each of the kriyas in turn as I go over the book and they work exactly as described. Whatever your goal is: to improve your health, get rid of negativity, addiction or you just want to reach to the godhead within you, just try it yourself. I recommend this book to everyone I get in contact with and my yoga teacher is also highly recommending it.

This book is awesome and has some simplified teachings for everyone to understand. Many different pranayama in here and love the “ONG” explanation. There is no OM it’s NG

This is a simple manual of kundalini yoga meditations. Good illustrations and explanations. There are meditations for everyone some are short and simple and it goes on from there.

Great resource for many Kundalini breath exercises. Easy to use. Binding feels a little weak (maybe because the pages are SO big) but overall it is a great resource.

As a new practitioner of Kundalini Yoga, I am thrilled to have this beautiful guide book. It explains with simple detail, sketches and photos the many segments of the practice. I highly recommend this book. It will be something I will continue to reference for many years.
