will this fit Crosman 1322 with steel breech?

Negative. It is designed to clamp on the rail of a shotgun barrel. The air rifle you are talking about has no such rail or mounting surface.

Will this fit an 835 mossberg Turkey gun?

Yes will fit pretty much any vent rib

Will it fit 9/32 ventilated rib?

These sights have 3 mounting holes for different width ribs. I'm using the widest holes on my mossberg which has a rib width of .377" your 9/32" rib is .281" so these sights should work for you.
