They work
I get neck, shoulder and back pains. Have tried various brands, these are the only ones that bring relief. The xl size covers a good area.

Best product!
I have chronic muscle pains and this patch gives cool and hot effect that works for such a long time in a single patch. This patch never slips off and relieves pain so quickly. I would definitely buy it again!

Best Product Ever!!!
I used many topical pain treatments and this is the best one for my chronic muscle pains. It provides strong hot and cold at once and takes pains away quickly. It never slips off either. I would definitely buy it again and recommend to everyone!

Good Product, but leaves white patch outline on skin
These are Sooo! Gooodd!!!!! they actually work. Its also not super strong like most patches where its not tolerable. My only complaint about these would be, They leave a white outline of the patch which is a bit annoying to take/scratch/rub off my skin

Great product! Works - try it!
Haven’t found anything that works better. I’ve tried a lot and this one does the trick! Someone left it on my front door step. Still never found out who. Lol But it’s the best product that I’ve run across and now I’ve ordered and will continue to.

effective with long duration
Great efficacy with long duration. It alternates between hot and cold. It's not as smelly (strong menthol) like other patches nor messy like other pain reliveing gels. It's made with clothy material so it's stretchy. It's helped my husband with his shoulder and back stiffness and pain that I'm ordering again for larger quantity.

Really works
I have tried all the patches, ointments, creams and sprays. This patch keeps working for 24 hours. It provides enough warmth to keeps muscles from spasming. The patch never slips off or sticks to my clothes as is the case with the Salon pas products.

Works well for muscle aches.
This product really works well for muscle aches. It also last for about 6 hours. I rub the patch periodically to help release more of the residual pain reliever in the patch into my sore muscles. It works just "ok" for arthritis. It's not as effective for bone pain. I haven't really found anything very effective for the arthritis in my knees. But, it does take off the edge. I would definitely recommend this product. I plan to purchase it again.
