These are great in my box cutter. With a multitude of packages most families order from Amazon and others, it's good to have a useful, sharp box cutter on hand. This unit has fresh blades and an area in the container to dispose of the used, duller blades. I've had my current version of this unit for decades and was down to my last few blades. From a trustworthy brand name as well. Highly recommended.

Just received my Red Devil razor blades for my 2nd red devil scraper. I love the storage design on this dispenser. A great idea to keep the sharp end against the window and not your fingers. Thanks again, Red Devil.

I like these for crafts. You can manipulate the wood you’re working on.

This is a safe and convenient way to manage single edge razor blades. The plastic case id a little thin and brittle but gives adequate protection. to both the blades and the user. Also, a safe way to store used blades.

I am female, so I never worried about razor blades. Then I bought a glass-topped cook stove, and I needed some way to safely scrape off chunks of cooked-on food before applying cleaner. That's when I found out how difficult it is to find single-edged razors in a safe dispenser. Good ol' Amazon came through. I keep the razors near my cooktop and use them regularly.

Everything about these was rather underwhelming. I paid a bit more for these blades because I wanted the dispenser to keep them sharp while being stored. That was a waste of my money as they aren't very sharp to start with. They are barely adequate for the job and dull very quickly.

Can't speak to how it works as a "tool" rather than a "toy," but I've never had issues with a blade being jagged/broken/etc. The consistency adds a layer of safety/peace of mind, so I'll be sticking with this brand. Nice and sharp, but not dangerously so—less sharp than a scalpel, so you can still feel it. Good for about 2-4 sessions. The safety holder keeps the unused ones clean and rust-free and gives you a place to stick the used ones—like other reviewers have said, you can't "reload" the dispenser, which is the only thing I'd improve.
