Today I shall be trying out the crunchy quinoa schnitzel!

Après un petit souci de non réception du livre, j'ai pris contact avec le site commerçant qui m'a gentiment renvoyé un exemplaire du bouquin, je ne peux donc que les recommander pour leur excellent service ! Le livre pour sa part est très bien fait et correspond vraiment à ce que j'attendais. Les explications sont claires, les recettes, d'une facilité et rapidité déconcertantes et les images sont belles. Un bon achat donc !

I didn't realise a lot of this book was vegetarian, but you just grill a chicken breast if you want to add meat. Otherwise good recipes and has been fairly easy to cook with limited strange ingredients.
