Durapore Silk Tape - 2" X 10 Yds Single ROLL

This product is excellent, durable and comfortable.

I first found out about silk tape when my baby was in the hospital, it's what they used on the newborns. Recently, I've had to treat my son's wound for 2 months, changing the taped-on bandage three times a day. That's a lot of wear and tear on the surrounding skin! The silk tape is gentle yet sticky and reliable. It doesn't leave an annoying residue! One of my favorite features is you can tear it with your fingers easily and it has a satisfying rip. Highly recommended!

Have sleep apnea. I use CPAP machine. My type mask covers my nose only. For me, this tape keeps my mouth shut when using machine. There's tapes strictly for your mouth but I think you pay more.

This particular Soft, Medical tape, is made by the 3M Company. And it is called the Durapore version & I have skin allergies & food & medicine Allergies All my life since I was a little girl. I have had about 20+ surgeries in my whole life & That includes having had my entire neck broken (Thankfully my spinal cord was not broken inside my crushed spinal vertebrae in my neck & Then Also on another, but different occasion, I fell down extremely hard & compression/shattered 7 more vertebrae in my spinal column & have have thankfully still survived, among many other torturous abuses, I have had so many surgeries & medical procedures that I learned that of ALL THE MANY DIFFERENT MEDICAL TAPES, This One, & ONLY THIS ONE, Is THE ONLY ONE THAT I AM NOT AS BADLY ALLERGIC TO, but even it too, if left on more than 24 to 48 hrs’ w/o changing VERY carefully that medical tapes pull my skin layers completely off & then leaves me w/ only my bare flesh exposed which burns & stings so bad, that still even tho’ I am a grown up now, It still hurts so bad that I cry. I have had many flesh wounds & Have even had my arm caught on fire & spent several months in the burn unit at the hospital & that’s where I found out about this medical tape, -Which is what they had there & That’s I how I ended up discovering this MIRACULOUS TAPE!! And I have had newer versions of 3M Medical Tapes & they were horrible, way worse & So I now order boxes of this kind from off Amazon because I have numerous health issues, pretty or fairly serious & ONLY THIS TAPE DOES NOT TEAR OFF ALL MY SKIN LAYERS. So, I HIGHLY Recommend this tape to ANYONE WHO HAS SERIOUS SKIN ALLERGY REACTIONS, -Even especially for little kids & adults who have very sensitive skin that continue to struggle w/ allergic reactions for horrific pain that results from having had bad medical tapes that pull off all the skin layers off, all the way down to the raw flesh, It hurts REALLY, REAL, REAL BAD. So I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TAPE, & DID NOT GET PAID OR RECEIVE ANYTHING AS A BENEFIT TO SAY THIS, I Only want people to know how much more unique & better that this tapes is & still continues to work for me.

Will stay where you put it! Great for any cut or first aid!

I use a lot of tape and 3m silk is by far the best. I've tried other brands of supposed same kind but the adhesive is different. Normally I go with a cheaper alternative if available but in this case 3m is worth the extra cost

This tape was used while I was hospitalized for an injury. I specifically looked up this tape because it works as it should in covering up injuries and staying put. Highly recommend.

Great for use in wound care and general scrapes.
