Arrived on time. Easy build although instructions aren’t perfect.Good range of adjustment to suit all and very comfortable.Feels solid, but only been using for one week so far-time will tell.

I bought this chair as I wanted one that was big and comfy and this did not disappoint. It was very easy to put together, I did it by myself in about 10 minutes and it feels very sturdy. The back is quite high and the seat it's self it quite wide so this is good for people who are on the bigger side or just someone that would like a big chair to relax in. I could sit in this chair for hours as it is very comfortable, it has good support that doesn't hurt my back and it's very easy to adjust to your preferred height. Overall I recommend this chair especially if you're on a budget as it's very good value for the price.

I'm sitting in this chair which I've used for 2 months now to replace an office chair that gave me backache. This one tolerates day-long use without causing orthopaedic problems. I had originally expected the seat to tilt forward, which is what I wanted and the pictures appeared to show. However it does not tilt forward, the adjustment is just for normal use. Nevertheless I haven't needed it to tilt - it gives sufficient and appropriate support without.The chair uses the arms as part of the structure so you cannot adjust them or remove them which is a small shortcoming.I found it very easy to build despite the instructions being all pictures - like Ikea furniture - with little stick men scratching their heads.Bottom line, it's a good chair. There are more adjustable chairs out there so it doesn't quite reach 5 stars for me but at the price it is good.

Honestly I've been using this chair for 4 years, just dawned on me now as I was looking to buy another chair.I think 4 years with a chair is a pretty amazing tenure to me, the chair has been pretty reliable throughout but now it's getting squeaky and the leather is degrading sadly.From the initial uses of this chair the only issue I had was the buttons that cover the screw holes kept falling out and sometimes the height adjust would slowly go down (but very minimal), but besides that no fault at all really. The tilt buttons worked fine and all in all it's a pretty reliable chair.

The assembly process itself is problematic and difficult to put together. If there is a misalignment of screws with the seat holes or armrests, it becomes impossible to assemble, and the chair becomes very unstable. The one I received had that misalignment between the armrest and the back leaning section. Since the armrest piece is the only connector between the backrest and the seat, it made the chair so unstable that it cannot hold any weight. I had to return it.

Firstly it came without any instructions at all. When I went online to download 'similar' chair instructions it forced me to download OneStart, which I did not want to do and uninstalled it immediately afterwards. Thirdly other reviews are right, even on the loosest setting it does not tilt. On the positive side it feels solid and well made.Poor lumbar support not helped by the padded top of the back being in the middle of my back. Considering returning it despite the sweaty work putting it together.A week later: After a few days using the chair there was a 'crack' and suddenly the tilt function started to work. As I do not get lower back pain when using it (I use to with my old chair) and it seems robust I have decided to keep it.
