If you are looking for a scripture based, list of Powerful decrees and prayers this is the book for you. It is focused organized and trust me the spirit realm takes notice! I highly recommend this book to Pastors leaders and intercessors. We use it on our Friday night intercessory prayer and at every service when I go up on stage during the worship we speak the decrees into the atmosphere while the presence of the Lord is at its strongest. Great and mighty things have happened since we started this, we cannot wait to see where we go from here. Let me make something clear, the power is not in the book, but in the scripture based prayers and decrees that are spoken from the book. We simply add the name of our church to each prayer. What Randy has done with Dominion Surges has served powerfully to remind me of the power of God's Word. He was clearly guided by the Holy Spirit as he wrote this book. This is a little book with a big topic, but this man has experienced these events, and it involves going through the storm and coming out the other side.

This book is power packed with tremendous prayers and proclamations. I enjoyed it, I could hardly put it down; it is full of excitement and Godly wisdom.
