Resolved my Yellow Jacket Infestation
With the use of a powder sprayer(not included, luckily I had a friend who had one already), i was able to kill the large nest of yellow jackets under my porch deep in a crack in the wall. Took two liberal applications. Two days after the second one they were gone.

You won’t be sorry.
This is the best AMAZING stuff hands down!!! It kills about any bug you can think of. A little goes a long ways. It’s a fine powder and messy to (4 stars) shake on your stuff. Sprinkle around the base of your plants. I use mine around the perimeter of my home and inside my garage. If it rains you’ll need to reapply since it’s made to work dry. It does yellow in the sun but that’s fine. Also it’s not good to breathe in or get on your hands so mask and glove up if able. Buy it.

Half empty
The item was open and only half full when I received it. I'm not sure how full it is supposed to be, but I would think more than half. It is hard to get a light dusting on the plants with the holes being so large on the lid. Overall - meh. Hopefully it works to kill bugs.
