How many skeins of neon stripes come in one order?

I didn't order the neon I ordered another color but I got one skein with my order

When I bought it, it was $4.99 for one.But I do know that a lot of these are hard to find, and out of stock on the Red Heart website, so maybe it drove the price up?

Is this one super saver skein for 9.72?

No, it's for three but those three are small. I think think they are expensive because they supposedly have yarn that will reflect black light. I haven't bought one to try it out.

why has the price gone from around 3 dollars to 16,00
