How do you remove the flow restrictor?

I used needle nose pliers to extract it. As I extracted it, it came out in 3 separate pieces: a cylindrical white plastic piece, a thin silver metal piece, and a cylindrical gray plastic piece. I don't have a video showing the extraction process, but this video shows what the pieces look like, and how they're connected to one another inside the shower head. This will give you confidence to know which pieces to remove.

The quality is very good if you are worried about the quality. Now a days everything is made outside USA so dont waste your time trying to buy things made in USA. American products are a rip off.

Is there a ball and socket joint so that the angle of the head can be adjusted? or is it just the flexible hose?
