The Adult Psychotherapy Progress Notes Planner, Sixth Edition

Got this book because I am becoming a therapist, and needed to understand how to write progress notes. This is a great book for beginners and advance therapists as well. I would recommend this book for anyone who is studying or struggling with writing notes.

Great tool for therapists! Love all the different examples provided… But I only used the book twice and it’s already falling apart… sad for the price that the pages will be falling out completely within a week..

Book is very helpful - but…paid full price for a used book. As others have noted, the book is obviously used.
