I'm a librarian and I have often scan technology barcodes and lately, most barcodes are QR codes rather than the old school barcodes. I bought this scanner hoping that it would work on some technology that only has that type of barcode and it works perfectly! It scans quickly and enters the data in a speadsheet or program. This is a corded scanner so it does not have Bluetooth connectivity. You do have to plug the USB cord into your laptop or computer to use it. The size is standard for a handheld scanner. It was plug and play without having any kind of setup so it was easy to use right out of the box. It was a great value for the money as I had been looking for one for a while but didn't want to spend a lot on it since I paid for it out of my own pocket.

It scans very fast and I love the user manual. Configuring the device is done by scanning QR codes in the manual. Very easy! Be sure to keep track of the manual, because it is the only way to configure the device.

Mine doesn’t work that well at all . It takes a while before it’ll scan .

Exactly what I’m looking for. Plug and play, ready to use.

Instruction booklet did not explain what configuration to use for my purpose.

I've been through a handful of handheld barcode scanners (not Eyoyo brand) & none of them worked as promised. However, ALL of the scanners that I've tested from Eyoyo have worked perfectly & as advertised. And this unit is no different. I would also like to point out that I have no affinity with or reason to praise Eyoyo products outside of my personal experience with them. I received this unit at no cost through the Amazon Vine program. And tested according to what the product promises. Not because I received for free. If you read some other barcode scanner reviews that I've written, I will tell it like it is! And so far, this scanner has been doing everything that it should. No fuss. Here's why: 1) It's a wired scanner (which I wanted). It has no batteries to charge & no BT or wireless 2.4G to deal with. 2) Instantly detected with no drivers under Windows 10 Pro. 3) Small & lightweight. Fits comfortably in your hand. 4) The included manual actually has ALL of the required programming barcodes. More than one scanner that I've received in the past had missing critical barcodes! This unit has all of the important ones (factory reset, trigger tuning, etc..) 5) Most importantly, it scans fast & accurately. Using in AUTO SENSING scan mode was the reason I wanted to test this unit. And it works perfectly. You never have to touch the gun. A couple of downsides: 1) There is no cradle. However, if you have an old cradle from another scanner (I had one from Netum) this scanner fits in there perfectly. 2) The USB cable is proprietary. It has (what appears to be) an RJ45 connector on one end & a USB A connector (that one that plugs into the USB port on your computer) on the other. So if this cable gets damaged, you can't swap it out with a USB cable you may already have. So, you may want to order a backup cable JIC. Outside of those concerns, this scanner rocks. Supper accurate & makes scanning multiple items (like books) actually fun!

The Handheld E-yoyo USB QR 2D Barcode Scanner and Wired Bar Code Reader is handy and easy to use. The tech support has been a little difficult to reach, but the battery life is excellent so far. For the price, it is an excellent buy.

Took out of box. Plugged into PC, installed automatically in seconds and worked straight away. Easy. No need to check the manual. Worked well on Windows 7, 10 & 11

What an amazing little scanner. Used it today to scan codes on our return postage. It was able to scan straight into excel. Great piece of kit.

Pues ya no funciona. Solo dejo de escanear.

Buyer beware of this product that did not work on arrival and the so called manufacturers and Amazon refused to refund my money. They wanted my address for 'reasons' of their own. l will never buy another product of theirs.
