Small, easy to swallow, and completely tasteless
This vitamin D supplement was recommended to me by my hormone doctor, and I’ve been really happy with it. The softgels are small and very easy to swallow, which I appreciate compared to some larger supplements. They’re also completely tasteless, so taking them daily is simple. I also like that this formula includes vitamin K along with the vitamin D, which was one of the reasons it was recommended to me. The price is comparable to other options, but the quality seems higher than many supplements you’ll typically find at the grocery store. Overall, this has been a great option for maintaining my vitamin D levels. I take it once every morning, usually before eating and haven’t experienced any stomach upset.

It worked and my levels are now in range.
My last physical indicated my Vitamin D was now within range (even for an old guy). It worked and my family practitioner is happy.

Small, easy to swallow
Why did you pick this product vs others?: Seem to be good quality - vitamin D improved so I guess they work. No side effects that I’ve noticed

First time taking this brand of vitamin D
First time taking this brand of Vitamin D and I must say I really like it. The vitamins were really small and easy to swallow which is why I gave it a 5stars because I don’t like taking big tablets lol. The only issue I had was how small the bottle was for the price.

Unexpected switch to plastic packaging
I originally chose this Vitamin D supplement because it came in a glass container, as I avoid plastic whenever possible. My latest refill arrived in plastic with no notice, which was very disappointing. Packaging matters, especially for customers trying to make more sustainable choices. I hope the company brings back the glass option.
