Good bargain
Both containers are needed to blind bake a single 9 inch crust. Nice and heavy without denting the dough. Gave 4 stars instead of 5 because they’re very powdery. Not a big deal if you use parchment paper, but not always an option. Even after rinsing, there’s still of bit of powder that rubs off. Still a great product I’d buy again.

Nice pie weights, made in China
Pie weights for blind baking crust. Works well, 0.5 lbs is enough to do three pie crusts at once. Just rinse before using. Place a piece of parchment paper in the crust and put the weights on the paper to keep the weights clean. Very happy with them.

I am disappointed in how dusty and dirty these were when they arrived. I washed them and washed the container, but even so, I am not sure I want them near my food.

Great quality pie weights. However, quite expensive and delivery took ages. You will also need two boxes for a 12" inch pan. After I ordered this, I found cheaper and equally good quality weights at Lakeland.
