The binder is white, so it can easily get stained or dirty, especially if you frequently take it on and off a shelf where other binders are stored. While it is made of a material that shouldn't get too dirty, there’s one major flaw that bothers me, which is the cover. The synthetic leather, or whatever material it is, doesn’t lay smoothly on the cardboard base. It ripples and bubbles slightly, as if it were cut just a bit off-size. This might seem like a minor detail, but for some reason, it really bothers me. And since it's part of the Amazon Basics line, which is meant to offer solid basics at an affordable price, I expected at least a certain level of quality in its construction.
