Yes its white. The spray is hard to work. Had to get replacement and still didn't work.

I bought large iron plant stand the stand is ornate but has cavaties i dont like will fill the holes and can i then paint ovrr

I've have used expanding foam to fill in cavities , but it's not very good for painting . I couldn't get it smooth enough .

How long do i leave it for before cutting off excess

I’d leave it few hours.but it’s very easy to know once it’s dried throughout.get a sharp knife start to insert if knife goes in easy with no stickiness .that’s shown it’s dried out correctly.hope this helps
