I experience vertigo once in a while and it sometimes lasts for hours and often begins when I roll over in bed. It makes me fear falling if I get up. My first episode was frightening and caused me to vomit when I tried to stand up, so I crawled on the floor to let my dogs outside. I missed work and thought I had the flu. I usually found taking benedryll helped somewhat but when I got this roll-on, it changed everything for me. I keep it beside my bed and use it if I begin to feel dizzy. It is amazing. I rub it in behind my ears and in minutes the dizziness goes away. After having dizzy spells for many years this has been like a miracle for me. It smells nice and minty and takes very little to be effective. I love it.

It works, offering some relief

Highly recommend if you have vertigo. Everytime I start to feel a attack to come on I rub some behind my ear and it calms the ringing down and the attack down with the help with my meds as well. I keep this item on hand at all times.
