I already had an RO system, but since I’m in a rented apartment, there was no place to install a separate purified‑water dispenser. This faucet solved everything. Installation was super easy, and I can use my RO water without needing any extra holes or fixtures. Absolutely worth it.

Have had this working well for about 8 months now. Looks great. Fraction of the price and just as good quality as some top name brands from the local hardware stores.

Works well, except the spray feature is kinda weak. Easy to clean and looks great. The RO feature is really, really cool.

I bought this over 3 years ago. I have a RODI (type of filtration not a brand) 5-stage filtration under the sink and a tank. This works perfect. The filtered water is totally separate to drinking, cooking, etc. I live in an area with not good water so this is great for piece of mind. Didn’t install myself, had a guy install it. Because it is a 2-in-1 didn’t have to cut an additional hole in the granite countertop. The filtered water is built into the faucet, so doesn’t get in the way when using. Now the review. Worked great for about 3 years, then the sprayer started leaking and then basically fell apart. I bought an identical replacement to install because I like the sink. The. I realized I could just buy an upgraded sprayer. The upgraded sprayer would not stay on. So after buying all this replacement stuff, I had the wisdom to call KRAUS customer service. They asked for a picture or video, which I sent them. They diagnosed that the hose was the problem and the sprayer. Within 24 hours, they sent me new replacement parts free of charge. I know it’s not still in warranty and was expecting to pay, I didn’t pay anything. Now I can return the replacement faucet. Great customer service!!! Was not expecting that. Well done KRAUS, you made a customer for life. Great faucet too btw. If you’ve read all this, you are like me. I would say don’t get bogged down in the weeds. If you need a filter tap, just get this one and you will never think about it again. Except for when it broke, the faucet did what it was supposed to do and frankly I never thought once if I made the right call going with this one. I never thought about it at all. This is what you want from a kitchen sink. Again, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

Very nice faucet, easy to install and now over a year later... to write this review. Cstomer service has been phenomenal. I had a problem with the nozzle finish and they replaced it ASAP. Performs good between sprayer to stream.

Works great to connect our Ispring Tankless RO water filter. It has a built in spout to reduce the need to add a separate dispenser and drill the countertop to make an additional hole. It’s past the 1 month mark and there have been no leaks or changes in functioning. The sprayer works great and it looks really nice on our porcelain sink. It’s pricey, but for this design there aren’t a lot of options here that good really high marks. The cheaper offerings seemed to have a lot more issues with leaking, quality, and lower satisfaction levels. Be sure to register it with the manufacturer.

Its a beautiful pièces, its seems to be great quality, well made. There is a review with à guy saying that it wasn't engineered well because the heat would stay in place. So that is stupid, you need to install the weight underneath to create tension on the head. So that said I definitely would buy again.

Have been using this for over a month now, and it's been great! Good build quality, looks great, and having the filtered water built-in as opposed to needing to drill a separate hole in the counter is really convenient (and works well)! I would highly recommend this faucet. EDIT: Following up again 7 months later, and this faucet is still great! It remains sturdy and still looks great. EDIT #2: Another follow-up (Jun 2025), this faucet is still working and looking great. Very happy with this purchase, even three years later.

Looks good. No leaks but this is NOT as advertised as being able to hook up to most reverse osmosis water filters which is why I bought it so save more counter top space. I have reached out to the sellar to try to troubleshoot shoot but no response

I install these at work all the time finally bought one for myself I love it, super easy to install you could have the worlds thickest counter top and still have thread left over

Very few kitchen faucets that include a dedicated separate filtered water tap. This saved me the toil of drilling a hole on my ceramic sink for a separate filtered water tap. Works well and is well built, albeit somewhat pricey. Mine was discounted as it was used, otherwise I would have been hesitant. In retrospect I would not have greatly regretted paying full price. Installation instructions were easy to follow.
