Yes, it would would work great on your axle helping it move more freely and quieter

Can it be used on diesel injectors?

This is made for bicycle parts, if you use the wrong thing you may damage the injectors

Is this just for ceramic bearing?

This is for all types of bearings. The grease has a ceramic component in it that makes it very slippery. Probably silica dioxide, but I'm not sure about the actual ingredient. It worked very well on my "fat tire bike", I re-packed all my bearings.
