After receiving this adorable plushie, one of the seams started to unravel. I left a review of the product and then the seller, unexpectedly, contacted me and sent a brand new replacement, free of charge! They inspect each product before fulfilling an order, so I must have received a faulty product the first time. The items I received look exactly like the picture. It's soft and made of high quality. My son was excited about the first plushie we received and doubly excited about the second. I would purchase again from this seller!

Bought two for my little boys. Better quality control is needed to ensure you get what is pictured in the listing. One looked fine, but the other one's mouth stitching was off, so Snorlax has a crooked broken-up smile and not the smile in the picture. This bothered my son who wanted a Snorlax that looked like his brother

Item arrived very fast. Quality of product is acceptable. There is a tiny hole at the seam connecting the foot to the lower body of the toy. Other than that I love it!

We got this for a father's day gift for our daddy snorlax. It came super fast and is really well made. He's snuggled by my youngest every night.
