When I purchased this the diameter across the bottom was shown listed as 41mm. See my photograph and note that a 'lip' across the bottom means that the diameter for insertion of pipework is only about 30mm. Standard pipes won't fit. I hope this saves somebody else wasting the time to return!

Easy to fit don't forget the plumbers tape for the tread.

As previous reviewer stated, bottom dimension is 30mm instead of the advertised 41mm, standard waste pipes will not fit.Suspect this will work with a BSP Coupling Flush Spigot , this should be included in the item description.Returned item.

This was just what I wanted. worked well for 2 months and now it won't pop up anymore, It's as if the pop-up middle is not central and makes it hard to press down, then it's hard to pop up. I have to pull the middle up with my fingers. Very disappointed.

Bought this to replace a waste pop-up which had perished after just 3-4 years and this looks great and was easy to install. Can't fault it.

Good looking click clack plug, but leaking..:(Could stop it ,PTFE tape did not help..
