Automotive paint can have embedded contamination. Do a chemical and mechanical decomtamination on your car's paint. Then reapply TEC584 to see if slickness is improved.

Can I use TEC582 over a ceramic coating?

Yes, please be aware depending on the strength of your ceramic coating it may reject TEC584 and cause streaking. Test in a small area first.
