How much can I reduce the temperature with this product?

How does the additional USB port work?

Connect one end of the cable to one of the cooler's ports and the other end to your computer. Use the extra port in the laptop cooler to connect other devices (mouse, keyboard, etc.).

My laptop has a rear air vent. Can I use this product?

Yes! Just make sure to attach the included heat deflectors to the back to prevent hot air from re-entering the cooler.
