Don't Buy
Lighting was a disaster during my last night camping. I brought a 500-lumen lantern and we could hardly see anything at night. For the next trip, I bought this massive 10K lumen artificial sun. It will beat the nuts out of darkness this time for sure. Edit : I initially had a positive experience. However after 1st use itself, when I opened it up for my next year camping the LED light part of the lamp got detached from the frame and its now turning on now. No way to reach technical support.

Great product
Great product , I use it on my boat and out camping. Bought a cheap 2 battery cheap converter. To run it, very bright.

Very nice lights, need replacement parts
Bought for a friend so I never saw it but it worked fine when he used it. Now, though, he needs a replacement remote for it. I've looked, don't see that the remote is available by itself.

Clearly Used Item and Damaged
Excited to receive this but when opened, the contents were not intact. It was used and dirty. Clearly had been used. The LED light had been damaged and dirty. The poles have been scratched up.

Used and Replaced.
My original review was 2 stars. This was because I received a return and used item. I was contacted by CONPEX. They were extremely apologetic about the item being used and resold. I was told they would send me a new one. This is a cut from our conversation. (Your satisfaction is important so please contact us by replying to this email and we’ll work to resolve your issues. Best regards, CONPEX) I have received the new one and the difference is quite noticeable. I could not be happier with the light and customer service. At no time did CONPEX ask me to change my review. I also purchased a tripod stand from CONPEX and it is of high quality. This was the best customer service I have had with any amazon vender. thanks CONPEX
