This is a very good camera at a very good price.

it doesn’t even work i have to charge it all at times for it to work the second it’s off the charger it stops working and it’s not like i take it off the charger then use it for a while then it closes no it closes immediately after u take out the charger

I bought this camera a little over a year ago (not through Amazon, but for no particular reason). I wanted a lightweight camera that takes good photos and this is it! I love that I don't have to remove the battery in order to charge it. I'm usually surprised with how good the quality of the photos is. The battery lasts a really long time for me. I hardly ever have to charge it, even if I leave the camera to sit for long periods of time. Everything about the controls are fairly self-explanatory. I feel lucky to have such a good little camera at the price (~$80 when I purchased it). I have a pricier camera for paid work and my own art work. This one is great though for having along on a fun day with friends and being able to relax that I'm not going to destroy or lose my expensive camera. The only thing that bugs me sometimes but isn't enough to lose a star from my review is that I find it rather easy to -almost- accidentally delete photos when scrolling through them. Luckily the camera does ask first to confirm, and the button to confirm the delete isn't easy to press by accident. Thanks, Sony, for a great product!!!

Câmera atendeu as expectativas

Bought this camera for my 7 yr old daughter. It has an easy mode so nothing complicated, click and go. It is also small and light enough for her petite hands. I will add that this camera would not be up to being dropped or bashed nor would I expect it to be but my daughter is well capable of minding it. After having purchased 2 cameras designed for children one of which just gave up and the second had to be returned because it was not fit for purpose especially for the price it cost. Hope this helps someone if purchasing for a child who minds their things and like me are fed up with the camera quality of child friendly options, so what if they can bounce, what’s the point if they don’t take nice pictures and the screens are of poor quality. Camera shaped plastic at a premium in my opinion.
