How many mg of kava kava per serving?

I am not sure - it should be on the box. I was not impressed - did not work nearly as well as the Kava drops I get at Sprouts!

How many carbs? What is used to sweeten it?

I do not know the answer to this. The product didn't work for me. I ordered Herb Pharm Kava instead. Works great!

is this product FDA approved?

No Kava Kava is not regulated by the FDA but do realize that vitamins are subjected to the non-regulatory tracking and monitoring. I depend on the user stories of other consumers that have tried it. Moreover, if a product is claiming to be organic or 100% natural, the government does monitor that level of authenticity. My sister recommended Kava Kava to me because it worked for her and my testament is this is a good product that has worked for me. However determining how many droplets to take can be confusing so I only take 5 droplets a day.
