Authentic
I have been buying this pasta since 2018 when I had it in Milan. I use to get it in the SF area, but then I couldn’t. Thank you Amazon for carrying it. It is the best tasting pasta I have ever had. Great texture and flavor. Try it.

Product Damaged!
I tasted this pasta while in Italy and decided to buy it when I got home. The pasta was sent in a PLASTIC bag and the pasta was crushed and broken into bits (it was a spaghetti type pasta) when it arrived at my home. Unfortuntally, the pasta is not returnable. The pasta is delicious, but the packaging makes the pasta useless. I thought it woud be shipped in a protective box or I would never have ordered it.

Just like from the factory
We toured their factory last October. Pasta was every bit as good as when we were there, including the pasta we brought home. Definitely repurchasing.

Had to buy more
We visited the factory in Lari last year and brought some home. We finished the package and were happy to see that you can purchase it here in the states. It really is superior pasta.

This is the greatest dried pasta ever
This is the greatest dried pasta ever. It's made with brass extrudes which create pasta with a rough texture. The texture grabs and holds the sauce, unlike other pastas where the sauce slides off.
