Does this include the pivot head and 5 blades or is it just the blades?

Mine came with xtra pivot heads with blades already attached to the heads.

The blades say single use. Is this meaning use 1 blade per person or you can only use one blade for 1 shave then toss it? Thanks!

I have used the blade many times. Though it seems to still cut ok without irritation. But I would encourage the blade changing after about 5-6 times.
