Connecting the cable to your tv and cellphone was very easy. I had some trouble displaying what was on my cellphone to the tv, but after messing around with it for a little while I was able to display everything. I am sure I will have to figure out how to do it again later, as it does not stay connected. The picture shows it not connected to my tv at this time, due to others watching FireStick.

Didn't even had instructions. Nothing happened when connected. Nothing at all. The phone didn't even charged or anything. It was like nothing was connected. Waste of money.

If you have a projector and like to go camping, this is a must have for you. This product allows you to watch movies downloaded through apps like Prime Video, Netflix, etc. Without Wi-Fi connection

Purchased for the camper to transfer tv from phone screen to tv screen. I purchased 2. Neither work. If it was one it could be a bad one with two they must be junk. Just keeps telling you hdmi disconnected. Don't waste you time ordering them. Now I need to figure out if I can return them or loose the money. After writing the review for a one star the company read it. We emailed back and forth a few times today they issued a split credit for the full amount. Some directly to Mastercard some thru Amazon credit. I thank you for making a bad situation right. Thank you.

Great product use it to view movies and photos from my phone. Easy to use view Amazon Prime shows, YouTube. Great value

This is my third HDMI Adapter USB Type C Cable device of this type (distinct brands). The first eventually just failed but worked flawlessly until it just failed. The second began to fail intermittently until it failed permanently. This unit works but the sound drops out for <1 sec. for a while after it is first plugged in, then stops dropping out. The video works fine.

DO NOT BUY. Use my phone in my rv to stream movies, each hour would use 10% batt which could be frustrating. Decided to buy this to curb that issue. Arrived and immediately tested, one 2hr movie, 0 batt power used, great! Second time, 8% used...ok. Just used it the 7th time, 2 hrs, 20% batt used...this does not charge or even maintain. USELESS.

This thing works really, really well. Exactly what I needed.

Didn't like the fact that the cord was not long enough. And couldn't find other sizes to choose from in length. Like the fact that it comes so quick.
