Great Customer service--intercoms are great too
Love the intercoms and the customer service! They were extremely easy to set up. Needed no help! But a day later one of the intercoms would not charge.I remembered that Chtoocy sent me an email. I found the email and told them of my trouble and got an answer almost Immediatly. He/she instructed me to unplug the battery, charge it again for 24 hours, the press and hold to turn on. IT WORKED!!! It's so unusual these day to have great customer support like this. The intercoms work great! Here's the email they sent: Dear, Have a nice day!We just wanted to reach out and make sure your Rechargeable Intercoms Wireless for Home Room to Room 5280 Feet Range 10 Channel, Wireless Intercom System for Home Business Office, Chtoocy Handheld arrived okay! Recently we have been dealing with some issues of delivery men throwing around our packages and we are personally following up on every order to make sure everything was delivered safe and sound! Excellent Customer service!
One of the units did not work and they worked with me to get me one that did work as a replacement. This took a while, as I’m not the most technical person but they were very patient and we worked our way through it.

Easy to install and work great I have 4 in different rooms for kids and grandparents, house is 2 floors and in case of emergency at night or any time you dial the room and it rings just like a phone! I am really happy with the product!

Failed batteries for almost all the handhelds
All the batteries failed within a few weeks. Garbage !

No es lo que buscaba, lo devolví. En realidad es un walkie-talkie mejorado, sólo puede hablar una persona a la vez, no pueden hablarse de forma simultánea dos personas y eso no aparece indicado en la descripción del producto

Just set up, ok so far
Just got the intercoms in and set up today. Ordered the set of 4 however only 3 fully work, one of them the volume won't go up so I deducted 1 star because I really needed 4 working units but can get by with 3. OK so far. I ordered to have a way to contact my autistic son to keep him on task since he likes to goof off in the bathroom and bedroom when he should be focusing or trying to get to sleep. I wanted a way to keep from us barging in on him or yelling across the house to stay on task. Hoping this will help. Will update once it gets enough use.
