why don't they sell restless legs PM ? which restful legs address restless leg syndrome?

They do sell Restless Legs PM but they go fast so when you see them then grab them. Also, I have found that this product works well for me with my restless legs. I take it every night.

What's the difference between the pm and non pm pills?

I’ve only used PM because my legs interfere with my sleep

No ingredients listed on the bottle. Doesn’t work, waste of money. Not sure what the other reviewers are talking about. Checked this product with a professional and was told they’re a placebo, when backed with my experience checks out. Do not buy. Mine are going straight to the trash considering they can’t be returned (how convenient).
