Effectve on knee pain management.
My wife's knee pain disappeared within 3 weeks. I encourage her to follow the dose for 5 months as mentioned by supplement producer.

It seems to work, less joint pain. I prefer the liquid, which I have been taking since March 2025, but I order these supplements, easier to pack, when I go on vacation.
