the right size for our kitchen , cleans good no spots and the only down side is it seems cycle takes longer than it should but no complaints

I will say I have not had an easy experience with this dishwasher. First it took me FOREVER to find an adapter to fit our kitchen faucet. When we do found when, I noticed the adapter on the dishwasher hose was bent so the threads were not aligning. Then we were tightening the hose to the dishwasher and it broke… easily . I was so upset I was about to return the whole dishwasher. I went to the website and emailed the manufacturer directly. I told them which parts were broken, asked for replacement parts and left my address. They replied the next day apologizing and told me they sent out replacement parts that day, free of charge. I received them quickly and it’s working great! I appreciate the good customer service. I will update my review if I come across any more problems.

Even with cold water it still heats up the water and has actually melted/disformed many of the plastic dishes (that are safe for dishwasher). The buttons to operate are actually on the upper panel of the door so to actually pause you have to open the door (which is pointless because if the washer is full it doesn't give anytime to drain and just ends up leaking out all over your floor). It feels like it's made of plastic and I'm afraid it's going to break every time I move it. The racks are so small I can barely fit my smaller pans in, not forgetting to mention how BAD it cleans them (even after I have already prewashed before I loaded them) Don't fall for the timesaving Bull...plus it uses A LOT of water, your honestly better off hand washing them buying this

After waiting for this dishwasher for 6 weeks, I want to say I am disappointed. The quality is disappointing for as much as you pay for it. It is the right size. It is a portable dishwasher supplied with the cheapest hoses that won't last long. Hoses will need to be replaced. Quality of racks are cheap. Dishwasher doesn't not dry dishes no matter what setting. It sounds and runs like a normal dishwasher. It is not quiet. The delivery company they use is not reliable. Never received first dishwasher. Second dishwasher, didn't show up with first delivery date. I was contacted a week later by email to set up delivery time appointment. They showed up two days early. Unfortunately, I was not home. They had me send a text giving them permission to leave dishwasher.

This is just the size I needed. I can run it every day. And it's so Cute! Very important in a dishwasher LOL

Buttons are weird. Doesnt clean well enough even after presoak. Doesnt dry all the way. Not worth the money. This brands countertop dishwasher is superior to this portable one.

It's all right but the large pans don't fit and cup cake pans don't get cleaned and sometimes the cascade platinum pod comes out of the compartment when not supposed to and find it after the dishwasher is done

The mounting brackets that attach top to machine were both broken. The packaging it came in was undamaged. I’m guessing it was damaged at facility it came from before packaging.
