The clip of the phone tripod max support 8.2cm phone/tablet, not fit iPad, you need to change another clip which you can buy on Amazon easily; and replace the current clip

Canot use light and mount iPhone at same time as only one 1/4 connetion joint. I guess you need to buy two for your project
