how many Mg per capsule?

There are 480 mg of berberine per capsule.

does this product help you lose weight im kinda new to berberine??

It helps me to stabilize my weight and my glucose numbers, ultimately my A1C. I have taken Berberine for several years and it works for me without taking prescription medication. Berberine is acknowledged in medical field for use of Diabetes - research it. I use Bergamot for high Triglycerides and it dropped mine from 194 to 130 in two months of taking it. My opinion - definitely worth a try to avoid prescription drugs.
