I take this immediately after a workout and it can be felt before I even make it home.Longer of the pump feeling after, no real hunger cravings right away, and a great taste no less. Worth every dime because it works.

Dont listen to the instructions. For the best results, take a scoop before your workout, then take half a scoop after.

The unique sour watermelon flavor sounded interesting, I agree with other reviewers it does taste more like Watermelon jolly ranchers than having much of a sour flavor. I will say this does mix very well compared to some similar products so if you value spending less time shaking a bottle mixing a drink this product is perfect.The marketing of this being for post-workout recovery sounds great, in comparison with other post-workout products you start to notice certain amounts of various supplements leave you a bit puzzled at it. For the most part this product does work for post-workout recovery, considering I've tried many BCAA based products over the years from playing sports you do notice recovery times between different products.As far as what I experienced the recovery curve based on my smartwatch had more or less placed this closer to more "average priced" recovery products so from a value point of view I'd say there are other options out there. If you do experience joint stiffness the Sensoril in this may make more of a recovery difference to some folks more so than others. As I always say with any workout product, it takes time to find what works for your needs and its perfectly fine to try other products.

Helps with muscle protein synthesis.

This blends very easily for the most part and there is still some left over, but not much, from very mild shaking or stirring. It tastes decent but I can detect the sucralose. I wouldn't have this as a 'refreshing beverage' but for the bcaa."Sensoril" appears to me as a sort of Ashwagandha and when I view it elsewhere I see fairly high amounts available alone as a supplement at relatively low costs.I believe BCAAs are good and I like the ratio. At issue, though, is how much someone can get from not just a protein shake, but certain food sources such as eggs, or, cottage cheese at night (which has a kind of protein that digests slowly).A VERY crucial aspect of muscle recovery AND BUILDING is protein and how long it processes. The body can process about 10g protein per hour and some foods due to how quickly they digest, are not utilized. Have all the BCAAs one wants in this scoop, but without protein there are going to be some issues. Which is to say, this isn't complete without eating something with it after a workout.Therefore, it's useful, but gets 3 stars.
