Is there a lining inside this jacket?

This jacket does not have lining.

Im 5'8" 180 lbs cold weather usually take large or XL if cut small

I'm about your size.... just a little bigger at 5'9" 190. I have the large and it's a big cut. It's large enough to fit layers underneath. I hope this helps you.

Is this made in the USA?

Mine olive green is made in China,but very well made,dont worry about that.
