3 reorders
This is the 3rd time we ordered this record player. The first one did not sound very good and the second one the cassette door did not open. So far this player sounds great and everything is working.. Thank you Amazon for your great service.

We be jammin'
Very pleased with this small but mighty system. Plugged in, with a 40 year old TDK cassette in (Supertramp!), and jammin' to the exceptional sound. Can't believe a tape this old can still sound so good! For the price, the compact and lightweight size, this is a steal. Going to try it with even better speakers. Highly recommend.

Great for price
I like it for playing my vinyls since my other system is in my living room. The sound isn't that outstanding, and upgrading the record players needle is a plus. The radio was ok. Not a huge radio fan. Question. Does anyone know if I were to hook up my equalizer would it work?

Love it
Very easy to work. I like the "old" school design. The speakers are loud enough for a small space. Great value

Read this before you buy this unit
I will change this review if Boytone takes care of this.Got this for unit for Christmas. I’ve literally used it 4 times. Now it will not turn on. Of course it’s past Amazon warranty time and I’ve tried to work with Boytone since April 12th. Phone calls don’t work. All the message boxes are full. I’m thinking it’s starting to look pretty bad for me. Can’t leave a message and won’t answer emails. When I finally get email reply they blamed it on my messsages we’re going into the spam bow. I used their email from the warranty card in the unit box. Now today they want me to send it back and my cost is 50.00. Plus I don’t want a refurbished unit. I have now entered the black hole of warranty return. They make it such a long drawn out process that they hope you will just go away. It will cost them more to pay for repair plus parts and postage than what they pay for these units. And, when it’s all done you have used refurbished stereo.

Recording made simple
Love this little unit. I have lots of cassettes and LPs where I can easily convert them to mp3 via a USB or SD. I bought this just for this option alone. The only thing is that once it begins recording it won't create individual files for each song on a LP or cassette. What it will do is just start recording and will be one long continuous file. What you can do is make one long recording of an LP, then use other computer software to break the songs up into individual files or just record one song at a time. At any rate, it does the job for me. I also like that the cassette features rec, play, stop, pause, FF, and REW. Don't expect high-end quality for everything -- such as being comparable to a high-end Audio-Technica turntable -- but it is a nice unit priced competitively that plays LPs, cassettes, CDs, and bluetooth devices while also being able to record to a USB or SD. Now---if it would only play 8 track tapes!!

Tin can
Poor sound quality. The whole point of buying a record player is the sound quality and this wasn’t even near the ballpark, much less in the ballpark.
